Steps in joining as a new member:

1. complete the new members application form
2. email the completed form with cv and 2 referees to membership officer professionaltourguides@ptgaa.org.au If hard copy post to
   Membership Officer,
   PTGAA
   GPO Box 1252
   Melbourne
   VIC 3001
3. wait for confirmation of receipt
4. attend an interview with a tour presentation
5. await confirmation from the ptgaa committee
6. send payment and id photo
7. receipt of photo id and password for internet access in members area
